Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for self-paced study. Quartile-oriented performance insights fits neatly into how we already work, and aI evaluation of written answers removed a step we used to do by hand. Not affiliated with the official CASPer test, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: free practice question library and aI-based scoring and feedback. Where it lags: aI scoring may not match official rater judgment. On balance the feature set — especially timed CASPer-style scenarios — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
