Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Workflow automation for renewals and expansions just works and surfaces account health signals and risk indicators. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps standardize CS processes across teams. Integrations with common CS and revenue tools fits neatly into how we already work, and portfolio-level visibility for CS leaders removed a step we used to do by hand. Geared toward enterprise teams, less suited for small businesses, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
