Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Website, PDF, and document ingestion is exactly what I needed, and trains on your own content for grounded answers. I do wish limited deep customization without API work, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom GPT chatbot trained on your data, and customizable branding and UI caught me off guard. Answer quality depends on source data quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics and lead capture — handled better than most — and trains on your own content for grounded answers. Answer quality depends on source data quality is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
