We rolled this out across the team last quarter and provides insight into user questions. Self-service support automation fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable appearance and behavior removed a step we used to do by hand. Answer quality depends on doc completeness, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integration with common doc platforms is exactly what I needed, and answers grounded in your own docs. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
