Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is whatsApp conversational automation — handled better than most — and handles both voice and text conversations. Limited public information on pricing and customization is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on inbound and outbound call handling, and integrates directly with WhatsApp and phone systems caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates directly with WhatsApp and phone systems. AI voice agents for telephone lines fits neatly into how we already work, and business workflow integration removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires setup and training for specific use cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
