Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with CRM and business tools — handled better than most — and useful for both outbound sales and retention. Value depends on having a US/Canada phone presence is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integrations with CRM and business tools is exactly what I needed, and shared history reduces context loss between reps. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Shared inbox for texts and calls just works and useful for both outbound sales and retention. Less suited to teams that rely mainly on email or chat can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on contact management and conversation history, and useful for both outbound sales and retention caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automations and templated replies and built for team collaboration on customer conversations. Where it lags: primarily focused on phone and SMS channels. On balance the feature set — especially integrations with CRM and business tools — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
