Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI agent that applies to jobs automatically and personalized matching based on profile and preferences. Where it lags: less control over each individual application. On balance the feature set — especially continuous job board monitoring — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable search criteria and filters is exactly what I needed, and continuously scans for new opportunities. I do wish less control over each individual application, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and continuously scans for new opportunities. Profile-based role matching fits neatly into how we already work, and profile-based role matching removed a step we used to do by hand. Quality of matches depends on profile detail, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is continuous job board monitoring — handled better than most — and saves significant time during job searches. Automated applications may feel impersonal to some employers is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
