Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: background operation across desktop apps and clear daily timeline for quick timesheet review. Where it lags: primarily valuable for hourly-billing workflows. On balance the feature set — especially daily and weekly time reconstruction view — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Background operation across desktop apps is exactly what I needed, and helps recover unbilled or forgotten time. I do wish background tracking may raise privacy concerns for some users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Automatic activity and application tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and insights into time allocation and utilization removed a step we used to do by hand. Background tracking may raise privacy concerns for some users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
