Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: handles IVR menus and hold times and handles hold queues and phone menus automatically. On balance the feature set — especially call summaries and reporting — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles hold queues and phone menus automatically. Natural conversational speech fits neatly into how we already work, and call summaries and reporting removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Task delegation through simple instructions is exactly what I needed, and useful for both outbound calls and follow-ups. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Automated appointment scheduling and follow-ups fits neatly into how we already work, and aI voice agents for outbound calls removed a step we used to do by hand. Call success depends on the other party's cooperation, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automated appointment scheduling and follow-ups, and useful for both outbound calls and follow-ups caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
