Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on task learning from human input, and reduces time spent on repetitive work caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Support for multi-step business tasks just works and learns tasks through demonstration rather than coding. Initial training period required can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow automation across tools and adapts to company-specific workflows. Where it lags: limited public information on integrations. On balance the feature set — especially workflow automation across tools — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
