Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and can shorten time from visit to demo. Lead qualification and scoring fits neatly into how we already work, and visitor engagement analytics removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires monitoring to refine agent responses, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational AI sales agents is exactly what I needed, and can shorten time from visit to demo. I do wish effectiveness depends on quality of training data, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on visitor engagement analytics, and automates lead qualification and handoff caught me off guard. May feel impersonal for complex enterprise deals is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
