I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on real-time lead qualification, and reduces missed-call revenue loss caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI voice agent for inbound calls and instant lead qualification. On balance the feature set — especially call transcription and summaries — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics dashboard — handled better than most — and 24/7 inbound call coverage. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Smart routing to human reps is exactly what I needed, and reduces missed-call revenue loss. I do wish voice AI may struggle with complex queries, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
