Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI virtual assistant for customer service is exactly what I needed, and personalized, context-aware responses. I do wish requires setup and training data, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: personalized conversational responses and scales easily with customer volume. On balance the feature set — especially personalized conversational responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is handoff to human agents when needed — handled better than most — and scales easily with customer volume. Requires setup and training data is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
