Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integration with Data Cloud and Slack and enterprise-grade security and governance. On balance the feature set — especially autonomous AI agents for service and sales — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integration with Data Cloud and Slack, and built-in handoff to human agents caught me off guard. Consumption-based pricing can scale unpredictably is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on topic and action-based configuration, and deep native integration with Salesforce CRM data caught me off guard. Most valuable for existing Salesforce customers is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integration with Data Cloud and Slack is exactly what I needed, and low-code agent builder with reusable actions. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
