Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and captures leads outside business hours. Business hours and after-hours coverage fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable conversation flows removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is appointment scheduling — handled better than most — and captures leads outside business hours. May struggle with highly complex or emotional calls is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Appointment scheduling just works and handles repetitive call tasks automatically. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
