Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. CRM and knowledge base integrations is exactly what I needed, and integrates with major CRMs and business tools. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multichannel deployment across web, mobile, and social, and scales support without growing headcount proportionally caught me off guard. Enterprise pricing may not suit small businesses is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Analytics and performance reporting just works and no-code builder accessible to non-technical teams. Initial setup and training require time investment can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and strong multichannel and multilingual support. Analytics and performance reporting fits neatly into how we already work, and multichannel deployment across web, mobile, and social removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
