Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: outbound calling campaigns and handles inbound and outbound calls automatically. Where it lags: voice AI may feel impersonal for some prospects. On balance the feature set — especially lucia AI voice agent — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
