Integration with insurance core systems fits neatly into how we already work, and analytics on automation performance removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited public information on integrations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is exception handling and human-in-the-loop — handled better than most — and works alongside existing core systems. Primarily useful for insurance sector is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on exception handling and human-in-the-loop, and speeds up claims and policy processing caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
