I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on lead qualification workflows, and automatic lead qualification and meeting booking caught me off guard. Setup and tuning required for best results is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead qualification workflows and reduces missed-call and slow-response losses. Where it lags: voice AI may struggle with complex or nuanced calls. On balance the feature set — especially lead qualification workflows — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
