Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. CRM and knowledge base integrations is exactly what I needed, and integrates with major CRMs and business tools. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

It actually delivers on multichannel deployment across web, mobile, and social, and scales support without growing headcount proportionally caught me off guard. Enterprise pricing may not suit small businesses is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
