Pretty happy overall. Platform integrations for Shopify and others just works and multilingual customer conversations. May require tuning for niche product lines can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated order and shipping FAQs is exactly what I needed, and integrates with major store platforms. I do wish may require tuning for niche product lines, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
