Use it every day

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Operations and task automation just works and supports sales and lead engagement. May require setup time to customize can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and designed for multi-channel communication. Multi-channel engagement fits neatly into how we already work, and lead qualification support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
