Gumloop

No-code visual platform for building AI-powered business automations

4.6 (5)

Overzicht

Gumloop is a no-code automation platform that lets teams design, deploy, and manage AI-driven workflows through a drag-and-drop visual interface. Users connect prebuilt nodes for tasks like data extraction, document processing, web scraping, and LLM-based reasoning to automate repetitive business operations without writing code. The platform targets operations, marketing, sales, and research teams that want to offload manual work to AI agents. Workflows can run on schedules, react to triggers, or be invoked on demand, making it suitable for everything from lead enrichment and content pipelines to internal data processing. Gumloop emphasizes collaboration, with shared workspaces, reusable subflows, and integrations across common SaaS tools, allowing non-technical users to ship automations that previously required engineering support.

Automated Lead Enrichment for Sales

Sales teams can build workflows that pull in new leads, enrich them with data from web scraping and third-party integrations, and route qualified prospects without manual research.

Content Production Pipelines

Marketing teams chain LLM-based reasoning nodes with data sources to draft, refine, and schedule content, automating repetitive steps in the editorial workflow.

Document Processing at Scale

Operations teams use prebuilt extraction and AI nodes to parse invoices, contracts, or forms on a schedule, turning unstructured documents into structured data.

Research and Data Aggregation

Research teams trigger workflows that scrape websites, summarize findings with AI, and compile reports into shared workspaces for collaborative review.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is scheduled and trigger-based execution — handled better than most — and reusable subflows aid team collaboration. Less flexible than custom code for edge cases is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Team workspaces and sharing just works and supports scheduled, triggered, and on-demand runs. Complex workflows can become hard to maintain can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Drag-and-drop workflow builder is exactly what I needed, and wide library of prebuilt nodes and integrations. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: third-party SaaS integrations and reusable subflows aid team collaboration. Where it lags: complex workflows can become hard to maintain. On balance the feature set — especially prebuilt AI and data processing nodes — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
