Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built-in monitoring and evaluation tools. Workflow orchestration fits neatly into how we already work, and aPI and SDK access removed a step we used to do by hand. Advanced customization could be limited compared to coding from scratch, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Self-updating template library just works and covers multiple major prospecting tools. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
