Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: developer API for custom deployments and handles both inbound and outbound calls. On balance the feature set — especially inbound and outbound phone call support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Developer API for custom deployments is exactly what I needed, and aPI and webhook integrations for custom workflows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
