We rolled this out across the team last quarter and conversational AI improves candidate experience. Structured scoring and shortlisting fits neatly into how we already work, and aTS and HRIS integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. May be overkill for small hiring teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
