Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and books directly into existing tourism systems. 24/7 multilingual call handling fits neatly into how we already work, and automated booking confirmation removed a step we used to do by hand. Voice AI can struggle with strong accents or poor call quality, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable business info and policies is exactly what I needed, and reduces missed calls during peak periods. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI voice agent for inbound calls — handled better than most — and reduces missed calls during peak periods. Complex or unusual requests may still need human staff is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Customizable business info and policies just works and reduces missed calls during peak periods. Focused on tourism, less suited to other industries can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
