Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is drag-and-drop chatbot builder — handled better than most — and customizable branding and appearance. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no coding required to build or deploy. Lead capture and conversation analytics fits neatly into how we already work, and lead capture and conversation analytics removed a step we used to do by hand. Response quality depends on training data, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Multi-language conversation support just works and quick website embedding. Advanced features may require paid tiers can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on drag-and-drop chatbot builder, and train on custom data sources caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
