Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Integrations with business apps just works and useful for both internal work and customer support. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: task-specific assistants and templates and useful for both internal work and customer support. Where it lags: subscription required for full features. On balance the feature set — especially integrations with business apps — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is task-specific assistants and templates — handled better than most — and trains on custom data sources. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and embeddable chat widget for websites. Task-specific assistants and templates fits neatly into how we already work, and embeddable customer support widget removed a step we used to do by hand. Setup and training take initial effort, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Website, PDF, and document ingestion is exactly what I needed, and useful for both internal work and customer support. I do wish setup and training take initial effort, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
