Where it lags: effectiveness depends on accurate availability data. On balance the feature set — especially calendar sync and availability detection — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

AI-assisted meeting scheduling fits neatly into how we already work, and automated reminders and follow-ups removed a step we used to do by hand. May need manual review for complex scheduling, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
