Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Drag-and-drop conversation builder just works and human handoff for complex queries. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: third-party integrations with CRMs and marketing tools and human handoff for complex queries. Where it lags: learning curve for complex conversation flows. On balance the feature set — especially third-party integrations with CRMs and marketing tools — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Live chat handoff to human agents is exactly what I needed, and done-for-you setup services available. I do wish learning curve for complex conversation flows, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
