Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-powered form field detection and useful for SEO and local listings at scale. Where it lags: limited value if you only submit to a few sites. On balance the feature set — especially workflow designed for SEO and link building — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is bulk submission across multiple directories — handled better than most — and helps maintain consistent business information. Quality depends on directory form compatibility is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Auto-fill from a saved business profile is exactly what I needed, and reduces human error in data input. I do wish quality depends on directory form compatibility, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and saves significant time on repetitive form entry. Consistent NAP data handling fits neatly into how we already work, and bulk submission across multiple directories removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited value if you only submit to a few sites, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on bulk submission across multiple directories, and reduces human error in data input caught me off guard. May still require manual review for some submissions is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
