Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Insight reports for hiring teams is exactly what I needed, and runs interviews 24/7 without recruiter availability. I do wish less suited for senior or specialized roles, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Asynchronous candidate access just works and produces structured candidate summaries. Less suited for senior or specialized roles can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-led candidate interviews, and runs interviews 24/7 without recruiter availability caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
