On balance the feature set — especially roleplay and scenario chats — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Roleplay and scenario chats just works and wide selection of customizable AI characters. Premium features require a paid subscription can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and easy onboarding with no setup required. Voice message replies fits neatly into how we already work, and roleplay and scenario chats removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited usefulness for professional or work tasks, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
