Pretty happy overall. Conversational AI agent for candidates just works and frees recruiters to focus on higher-value tasks. AI conversations may feel impersonal to some candidates can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and multi-speaker support for dialogue scenes. Audio export for media projects fits neatly into how we already work, and emotion and tone adjustment removed a step we used to do by hand. Quality may vary across languages and accents, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the API and support is responsive. Where it lags: the mobile experience lags. On balance the feature set — especially the integrations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable scripts and escalation logic, and handles high call volumes without staffing constraints caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Background editing and replacement is exactly what I needed, and beginner-friendly, no design skills needed. I do wish limited control compared to manual editors, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
