Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales beyond single-assistant use cases. Workflow automation across agents fits neatly into how we already work, and run and manage agent teams in one place removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Team-based agent orchestration just works and scales beyond single-assistant use cases. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: configurable roles and behaviors and suited for domain-specific workflows. On balance the feature set — especially domain-specific specialization — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on domain-specific specialization, and suited for domain-specific workflows caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Run and manage agent teams in one place fits neatly into how we already work, and custom AI agent creation removed a step we used to do by hand. Setup complexity higher than basic chatbots, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
