Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on pre-built connectors for ERP, CRM, and ECM systems, and broad integration with core business systems caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Mobile and customer self-service capture just works and low-code design for faster process building. Enterprise pricing may deter smaller teams can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Mobile and customer self-service capture is exactly what I needed, and broad integration with core business systems. I do wish learning curve for advanced customization, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: low-code workflow and case management designer and scales to enterprise document volumes. Where it lags: initial setup and configuration can be complex. On balance the feature set — especially aI-driven document capture and data extraction — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pre-built connectors for ERP, CRM, and ECM systems — handled better than most — and strong document understanding and OCR accuracy. Worth the time if this is your use case.
