I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is unified productivity dashboard — handled better than most — and encourages balanced work and rest cycles. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-assisted task planning and aI assistance for planning and task breakdown. Where it lags: less established than dedicated focus or task apps. On balance the feature set — especially repeatable task cycles for habits — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is customizable focus timers — handled better than most — and browser-based with no install required. Less established than dedicated focus or task apps is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Repeatable task cycles for habits is exactly what I needed, and combines multiple productivity tools in one app. I do wish less established than dedicated focus or task apps, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. Unified productivity dashboard just works and encourages balanced work and rest cycles. Feature scope may feel broad for single-use needs can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
