Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and native integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365. AI assistant for Dynamics 365 workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and natural language queries over ERP data removed a step we used to do by hand. Niche focus may not suit general business users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: warehouse and inventory management support and native integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Where it lags: limited value outside the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. On balance the feature set — especially order and stock movement automation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is retail point-of-sale process automation — handled better than most — and native integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Requires existing Microsoft ERP investment is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on retail point-of-sale process automation, and speeds up routine inventory and order tasks caught me off guard. Requires existing Microsoft ERP investment is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
