Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Zero-copy integration with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks is exactly what I needed, and strong segmentation and activation capabilities. I do wish enterprise pricing can be costly, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Built-in analytics with Tableau connectivity just works and zero-copy connections to major data warehouses. Enterprise pricing can be costly can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Audience segmentation and activation is exactly what I needed, and real-time unified customer profiles. I do wish steep learning curve for new admins, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on built-in analytics with Tableau connectivity, and zero-copy connections to major data warehouses caught me off guard. Most value depends on existing Salesforce investment is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: built-in analytics with Tableau connectivity and native integration with Salesforce clouds and Einstein AI. Where it lags: most value depends on existing Salesforce investment. On balance the feature set — especially identity resolution and unified profiles — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
