Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: business workflow integrations and reduces missed-call revenue loss. Where it lags: may struggle with highly complex or niche queries. On balance the feature set — especially 24/7 availability — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI voice receptionist for inbound calls, and captures leads and books appointments automatically caught me off guard. May struggle with highly complex or niche queries is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is 24/7 availability — handled better than most — and free plan lowers the barrier to entry. Customization likely limited on free tier is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. 24/7 availability just works and handles calls 24/7 without staffing. May struggle with highly complex or niche queries can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
