Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is job-to-candidate matching — handled better than most — and customizable with your own data and prompts. Learning curve for complex workflows is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-agent workflow automation is exactly what I needed, and customizable with your own data and prompts. I do wish limited niche recruitment integrations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Templates for common HR tasks just works and supports multi-step automation pipelines. Usage costs can scale with agent runs can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on job-to-candidate matching, and customizable with your own data and prompts caught me off guard. Output quality depends on prompt design is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
