Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is 13B parameter video generation model — handled better than most — and fully open-source and self-hostable. Setup may be complex for non-technical users is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: open weights and permissive access and customizable through fine-tuning. On balance the feature set — especially temporal consistency across frames — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. 13B parameter video generation model is exactly what I needed, and fast inference relative to comparable models. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
