Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable agents for varied use cases. Configurable agent behavior fits neatly into how we already work, and complex workflow automation removed a step we used to do by hand. May require setup time to configure agents, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integration with operational tools and handles multi-step, complex workflows. Where it lags: learning curve for non-technical users. On balance the feature set — especially custom AI agent builder — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on configurable agent behavior, and adaptable to different business contexts caught me off guard. Learning curve for non-technical users is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
