Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and books appointments automatically. Customizable greetings and workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and cRM and calendar integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing may suit larger call volumes better, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on cRM and calendar integrations, and handles calls 24/7 without staffing caught me off guard. Setup and tuning require time is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Customizable greetings and workflows just works and handles calls 24/7 without staffing. Pricing may suit larger call volumes better can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Smart call routing and transfers is exactly what I needed, and handles calls 24/7 without staffing. I do wish pricing may suit larger call volumes better, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
