Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and access to a large pool of pre-vetted tech candidates. Role-specific skill assessments fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven candidate matching and ranking removed a step we used to do by hand. I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on human recruiter curation of shortlists, and reduces sourcing and screening workload caught me off guard. Pricing may be high for very small teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
