Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Integration with documentation tools just works and reduces engineering and CS workload. Best suited for SaaS web products can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automatic detection of UI and flow changes and reduces engineering and CS workload. Where it lags: may require setup for each platform. On balance the feature set — especially aI browser agent for web navigation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Designed for SaaS workflows is exactly what I needed, and reduces engineering and CS workload. I do wish may require setup for each platform, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integration with documentation tools, and automates a tedious, recurring task caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
