Configurable automation templates fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow orchestration across teams removed a step we used to do by hand. Best suited for ops-heavy organizations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Centralized monitoring of automated tasks just works and covers end-to-end operational workflows. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is configurable automation templates — handled better than most — and aI-native design built for automation. Pricing and integrations not always transparent is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
