Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: scalable cloud infrastructure and handles multi-step, complex workflows. Where it lags: autonomous agents may require oversight for accuracy. On balance the feature set — especially task automation across web and apps — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scalable to many concurrent workers. Task automation across web and apps fits neatly into how we already work, and aI agents with virtual computer access removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for configuring agent behavior, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
