I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with enterprise systems — handled better than most — and covers multiple business functions in one platform. Setup likely requires technical onboarding is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Operations process orchestration is exactly what I needed, and designed for enterprise-scale workflows. I do wish enterprise focus may not suit small teams, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
